Surgery Date?

I've come to hate insurance companies over the years. This past year in particular. To put it bluntly.. my insurance blows right now and I have little control over it... Since I'm not the primary on it... I can't call and yell at them for being such a-holes. So yeah... More ortho appts have been made and a tentative surgery date has been established. Here's my new list...

Nov 15th – Final Arch Wires
Dec 6th – Impressions
Dec 13th – Splint Modification
Dec 27th – Splint Check
Jan 17th– Splint Check
Feb 1st – Final Splint for Surgery
Feb 12th - Orthognathic Surgery

So surgery will be almost a year after I originally got my braces on... which is what I was told..so thankfully they are finally sticking to that. Phew.
